If I know I'll have a busy week, I incorporate a frozen meal into my meal planning.

For me it is the Universe. Since we are all energy, we are also a part of God. No reason to treat this part of God,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], who you are,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], badly. Only if you love yourself unconditionally, you can give love to others.
Another important step is to stop evaluating anything or anyone. Then you can get rid of your prejudices. Check any prejudice that you have,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], whether it makes sense or not. Then you realize,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], namely, whether it is your own prejudice due to a bad experience. In general,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such beliefs are inherited, that means you have taken it over from somebody else.
Such prejudices come from your family and later the public opinion. But are you the public opinion?

Transit time can take a big chunk out of your day. In such situations it is important to recognize how to best use your time. This article provides a few tips for time management on the run.
Plan visits during non-rush-hour traffic. If possible, schedule client or customer visits when traffic is not snarled and transit times can be reduced. Your mind won’t stop thinking useless thoughts – as I’ve said, it’s how we’re built. But you can choose whether or not you will pay these thoughts any attention. After all, you have a very real alternative to listening to all that nonsense – you could choose to pay attention to the reality of the here and now. And, if that reality includes sitting through a boring meeting, you might just discover that paying more attention to what’s going on might make you more effective,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], happier and more productive – the things that most people want out of life.
